Hey can they do that? Just have a trademark on two letters like that? "DM"
I mean; doesn't that just seem overly capitalistic? Not to mention really petty? Would it be possible for me (Given enough money of cour$e) to have two letters; say "it"; trademarked?1 If legal needs had to be met I could start up some dummy corporation named "International Tribunal" just to support my trademark. Then any time someome infringed on my trademark by printing the word "it". I could sue them for illegal use of my intellectual property, so forth, so on, etc...
Just something to think about.
1 Is "it" already trademarked by those Monty Python® folks?
